Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance. This executive position requires a strong background in financial management, tax accounting, and revenue management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Duties
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding tax accounting and payroll management.
- Manage treasury functions to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
- Provide insights on revenue management to enhance profitability.
- Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives through sound financial planning.
- Present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, providing clear analysis of financial performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
- 5+ years of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Accounting experience - required.
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting, revenue management, and payroll processes.
- Exceptional financial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance principles.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA) - required.
Salary: $187,200.00 - $232,960.00 per year
