Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance. This executive position requires a strong background in financial management, tax accounting, and revenue management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties

1. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding tax accounting and payroll management.
4. Manage treasury functions to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
5. Provide insights on revenue management to enhance profitability.
6. Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IAS).
7. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives through sound financial planning.
8. Present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, providing clear analysis of financial performance.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
2. 5+ years of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Accounting experience - required.
3. Strong knowledge of tax accounting, revenue management, and payroll processes.
4. Exceptional financial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance principles.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams effectively.
6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
9. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10. Professional certification (CPA) - required.

Salary: $187,200.00 - $232,960.00 per year
