Responsibilities:

1. Generate the weekly scorecard for all the transaction metrics for the MyBusiness Customers.
2. Work on an analytical model that predicts fraudulent transactions.
3. Prepare the presentation for the monthly metrics meeting based on the metrics received from multiple teams and prepare a consolidated report.
4. Prepare a Tableau Dashboard based on the requirements from the Service Management to monitor the working of the chatbot transactions.
5. Analyze and predict the trend in the business over Commerce and predict future transactions.
6. Create a set of database tables in the lower environment that is used for performance analysis of the different groups of Corporate Customers.
7. Work on a technical paper on the research of previous fraudulent transactions to analyze the trend of the transactions and study the various parameters that affected these transactions.
8. Work on a model that could analyze these trends in fraudulent transactions in different types of orders.
9. Work on a statistical model to predict service transactions for corporate customers.
