Please Note: this position requires a hybrid work schedule – 3-days onsite/ 2-day remote per week.
Position Duration: Starting as 12-18-month contract position with intent to convert direct-hire. This is an ongoing need and is not attached to a specified end-date.
Interview Process:
- Take-home Glider Assessment (SQL)
- 30-minute Webex Panel with 2 team members running through:
- Description of the team
- Projects they're working on from a business perspective
- Live SQL exercise to ensure integrity of the glider assessment
1 hour Webex Panel with 4 team members analyzing data to support their Internet & WiFi teams/customers Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Data visualization and analysis experience
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools like Tableau
Nice to Have Skills:
- Git
- Gitlab
- Bash
- Shell
- Python
- Lambda
- EC2
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Team is great at getting new members ramped up quickly - familiarizing them with processes on:
- Working with data sets & writing queries
- SQL
- Tableau
- Ease them into the heavier lifting from a technical perspective
