Job Summary – Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our wholesale plumbing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and implement system solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes within the wholesale plumbing and supply chain industry.
- Design, test, and implement business system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to develop and enhance ERP and CRM systems.
- Identify gaps in current systems and recommend improvements to streamline operations and support scalability.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of systems and tools.
- Lead data migration and system upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the plumbing wholesale, supply chain, or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in ERP and Supply Chain systems; experience with NetSuite and legacy systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and pricing structures in wholesale distribution.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is desirable.
