$26.00/yr - $30.00/yr

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Interview: 1 interview to hire

Must Haves:

1. 3+ years’ experience as a Desktop Support Technician
2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
3. Strong knowledge of iOS/Android devices
4. Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Day to Day:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Service Technician to provide technical support in Miami. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent service to our end users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Respond to IT support requests from end users across multiple locations
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently
3. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment
4. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
5. Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure
6. Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory
