Must Haves:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Strong knowledge of iOS/Android devices
- Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Day to Day:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Service Technician to provide technical support in Miami. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent service to our end users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to IT support requests from end users across multiple locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
- Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory
