What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead and provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms
2. Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, and support Digital Technology in change management
3. Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements
4. Collaborate with development teams and other IAM service consumers
5. Provide guidance on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in STEM
2. 4+ years of related experience
3. In-depth understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management
4. Knowledge of identity Protocols and technologies
5. Understanding of modern software lifecycle development
6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Computer Science
2. CISA, CISM, CISSP certification
3. 6+ years of related experience
4. Knowledge of organizational standards and policies
5. Knowledge of compliance regulations
