We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of large-scale projects within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, a proven track record of successful project completion, and the ability to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion. 2. Managing a team of electrical engineers and other professionals to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time. 3. Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules. 4. Ensuring all projects comply with safety and building regulations. 5. Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are aligned. 6. Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications. 7. Monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. 8. Assisting in the negotiation and contracting process with clients and vendors. 9. Preparing and presenting technical and project status reports to senior management. 10. Providing guidance and expertise to junior staff and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry. 2. Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects. 3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety. 4. Excellent leadership and project management skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Proficient in project management software. 7. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
