For over 30 years, we have been a leader in the heat-treating industry. As thee Quality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the facility’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manage certifications such as NADCAP, ISO, AS, IATF, and ITAR.

Job Details

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Quality Management or Metallurgy role. Knowledge of industry standards and specifications such as: ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, CQI-9, Nadcap (heat treatment), ISO 14001, AMS 2750 Strong understanding of heat treatment processes and equipment. Ability to travel as needed for business purposes. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license required.
