Job Details Develop and maintain quality documentation for inspections and processes, ensuring compliance with up-to-date regulations. Manage daily quality activities, addressing concerns in line with industry standards. Define and monitor Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Implement preventive quality control methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and problem-solving techniques. Analyze quality data to establish standards and reliability expectations for finished products. Oversee in-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations. Provide technical expertise to engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing personnel on quality matters. Address product quality issues, manage customer complaints, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful new program launches, focusing on quality risk mitigation during the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Lead customer audits and manage claims resolution. Initiate and drive quality improvement programs based on risk assessments to exceed customer standards. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing environments,
