Job Description

Required Education: • High School Diploma

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • Sales tax experience • Data entry • Documentation

Job Details: • Compile all customer documentation for sales tax exemption; ensure validity of documents • Complete requests for Supplier Numbers; follow up as needed • Accurately calculate refund amounts by customer • Work within PepsiCo Systems to accurately submit refunds for processing • Partner w/ internal functions to ensure refunds are completed timely • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with sales & other partner functions as needed • Contact customers to collect documentation where lacking
