The Assistant Plant Manager will schedule, organize, and direct daily production in cooperation with the plant manager. Strong supervisory skills are essential to this position. 3-5 years of experience in the meat processing industry is needed. Spanish language skills are a plus.

The FSQA Manager will lead all aspects of the SQF Food Safety and quality management system. Manager must be knowledgeable in, and ensure compliance with, all USDA regulations governing processing, labeling, and export of meat products. 3-5 years of experience as QA Manager or similar position in me
