Job Summary and Qualifications
The NM technologist is responsible for performing a variety of complex specialized technical tasks utilizing radiopharmaceuticals to assist with the detection of anatomical abnormalities.

What qualifications you will need:
I. Minimum Requirements:
Education: A.S. in Radiological Health Sciences, Graduate of an AMH accredited school of Radiologic Technology and/or completion of a formal program from an accredited program
Licensure/Certifications: Registration by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists in the field of Nuclear Medicine or Radiography and/or licensed by the State Department of Health. Modality certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment date or end of cross training period. BLS.
Experience: One year of experience preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- State License Nuclear Medicine
- Vocational School Graduate
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
