About the team
As the Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performance team to achieve business objectives and management adjustment according to business needs
- Work closely with cross functional teams on strategies and product solutions to improve E-Commerce fulfillment performance and responsible for end-to-end delivery experience
- Have an in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve fulfillment performance and related customer experience, design systematic whole-scene strategies and traction mechanisms. Drive complex projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.
- Be data driven, understand and define North Star Metrics that reveal the fulfillment performance level. Continuously looking for approaches to optimize key metrics.
- Facilitate internal communication, collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth teamwork.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in strategic products, consumer-facing products, seller traction, algorithm application, decision engine will be a plus.
- Ability to design highly adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metric to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management in E-Commerce, Order Management, Logistics, Fulfillment with 3+ years of experience in team management
