Responsibilities:- Identifies potential business partners and opportunities to develop new contacts.
- Generates new leads for the Account Managers
- Understands the competitive landscape and assists the Account Management team with insights to develop bids.
- Collaborates with Marketing to develop and update collateral and online marketing efforts.
- At the direction of the leadership team, assist with the development of new market initiatives for business opportunities.
- Develop solutions for a business development framework and work with the CSO to implement a structure that will partner with Marketing and Account Managers
- This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer
Key Qualifications- Have 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Development role.
- Experience managing customer leads by leveraging company CRM.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- High energy, self-starter, and goal oriented. Eager to meet and exceed goals and targets.
- Comfortable making group presentations to customers.
- Valid Drivers License
