Description
The Director of Procurement Services directs daily operations of the Agency's procurement activities, including the preparation, review, and processing of vendor contracts, formal bids, requests for proposals (RFPs), and purchase orders. Develops, implements, and interprets procurement policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, government contracts, policies, and regulations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in all phases of the procurement process (identifying business requirements, drafting RFPs, negotiations, contracting, supplier management).
Salary Description
$85,000.00 -$85,000.00 /yr
