Position: Project Manager
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration : 12+ Months
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Over two (2) years of experience in managing large scale customer support call centers with more than 50,000 calls per day.
• Over two (2) years of experience in implementing self-service customer tool using online and AI based technology to improve customer support.
• Over two (2) years of experience in driving transformation of contact center programs at large organizations with at least 10,000 employees.
• At least twenty (20) years of professional work experience in the Technology Industry.
• At least fifteen (15) years of experience in management of large programs or businesses. A large program is defined as a program with a minimum estimated budget of $100M and/or a team size of over 150 people.
• At least fifteen (15) year of experience leading diverse teams.
• Master's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering or Business).
