Job Description
  1. Provide oversight of one year long project comprised of multiple deliverables, including delegation and coordination of tasks.
  2. Collaborate with Vendor Project Manager for creation and management of the integrated project plan, execution of the project plan, project status, meetings, scope changes, risk and issue tracking/mitigation, and coordination across internal and vendor project teams.
  3. Facilitate meetings for negotiation and collaboration on issues both internal and external to the project team.
  4. Manage scope, resources, timelines, costs/budget, quality, communication, and procurements to meet the goals of the agency.
  5. Provide status and feedback to agency management on project progression and potential issues/risks.
  6. Ensure that all timelines are met for Vendor tasks and deliverables and also for agency tasks and deliverables.
