Senior business analyst/metrics analyst required to support the Strategy team within Information Technology Division to help with business case analysis, process re-engineering and to develop dashboards to measure organizational performance. The role also includes development and maintenance of plans, documents, templates solutions etc. by collaborating with all the cross functional ITD teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works to understand the Information Technology Division structure, and overall organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to help identify performance measures that align with organizational strategy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in various formats utilizing Power BI and other such tools for different audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to document and centralize ITD processes using BPM standards.
• Help develop and maintain SharePoint sites for ITD teams.
