Project ManagerYOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESJob Summary:The Project Manager leadsand executes cross-functional projects managing plans to achieve defined company goal. Majority of the project work supports the integration of newbusiness and is fully responsible for specified integration verticals - (i.e.:Commercial, Operations, IT/Finance/HR/Legal), and will collaborate with variousBrenntag teams to monitor, evaluate, and communicate integration success inassigned vertical.
Job Description: - Directly manages specificprojects/workstreams as assigned.
- Workwith Project Management Office and leaders of key functions to develop thestrategy to support our integration objectives in the workstream verticals.
- Manage assigned integration project inaccordance with agreed upon schedules and in close collaboration with leaders of key functions and sub-teams.
- Develop, adjust, and document keyprocesses in collaboration with the organization and leaders of key function.
- Support overall success of theintegration, including, but not limited to capability expansion, regionalexpansion, business combination, IT integration and communication/change-management.
- Maintain transparency on milestonesand progress, while effectively communicating internal and external bestpractices.
- Measure, benchmark, and report onintegration performance at various levels.
- Assess trends to recommend and manageactions to drive continuous improvement.
- Through the analysis of the progressresults, determine individual touchpoints that highlight strengths or potentialareas for improvement.
- Drive the development of improvementaction plans and assist with the monitoring of results to determine what isworking and what is not.
YOUR PROFILE Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in related field of study (suchas business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, orpsychology) or equivalent work experience
- PMP a plus
- 6+ years or relevant experience
- Demonstrated communications and/or changemanagement experience
- Projectmanagement experience preferred
