The Enterprise Management Systems team is responsible for providing monitoring capabilities to the network infrastructure that is utilized by the DOE. This includes infrastructure that provides internet connectivity for all teachers, students, and administrators located in instructional and central building locations. The EMS team's responsibilities also include creating and managing tools that allow for monitoring and support of critical applications like GAMA, TeachHub, MySchools, SESIS, ATS, DFS, and DOE Website.
This specialized role places a strong emphasis on expertise in Python, Splunk SPL and JAVAScript programming. The Senior EMS Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level support to all monitoring tools, programming, and scripting needs for reporting, internet connectivity, and database management.
