Who You AreAre you passionate about leveraging technology to drive marketing success? We are looking for a Marketing Technology Administrator to ensure our marketing technology stack is not just a collection of tools, but a robust engine that drives our marketing forward.
Your RoleAs a Marketing Technology Administrator reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you'll be the cornerstone for our marketing team, ensuring that our technology stack is aligned, integrated, and fully leveraged. You'll work closely with various stakeholders within the marketing department, revenue operations team and beyond, including IT and Sales, to ensure our technology supports our marketing strategies effectively.
What You Will Work On- Technology Stack Management: Oversee the entire marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are correctly integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors working closely with our vendor management team.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues within the marketing technology stack, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing operations.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity across platforms through regular audits and by establishing protocols for data management, including segmentation, tagging, and cleansing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the Marketing Operations team and IT department to ensure the marketing technology stack aligns with broader company technology policies and security measures. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless data flow and utilization.
- Innovation and Optimization: Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and practices that can enhance our marketing capabilities. Implement best practices for technology utilization, including automation, personalization, and analytics.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to marketing team members on existing and new technologies, ensuring they are fully leveraged within campaigns and projects.
How You Will Do Your Work- Tech-Savvy and Problem-Solving: You have a deep understanding of technologies and can creatively solve problems to improve processes and outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members across functions.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to new technologies and changes in the marketing landscape.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in an administrator or technology role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing tools and platforms.
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations relevant to marketing technology.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000.00 to $119,900.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
