Job Summary: **This is a temporary position**The Digital Marketing Manager is a project management and analytics role overseeing multiple aspects of the digital marketing programs. This is a detail-oriented role that proactively does marketing planning, project management, budgeting and reporting across multiple digital marketing disciplines, including: paid media programs, local social media, and email marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager is responsible for devising and managing digital campaigns and programs that drive eCommerce sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Online sales growth -- manage digital marketing programs and campaigns to sales objectives. Establish, track and manage all underlying metrics to drive topline sales including organic and paid media metrics that support sales conversion.
- Paid Media program management - direct media agency partners in Paid Search, Programmatic, Social Media, CTV/OTT, audio/streaming ads, and other digital paid media programs to drive acquisition. Partner with internal digital teams to develop programs, run tests, analyze results and drive performance.
- Organic Marketing campaigns - collaborate with local and Corp teams to develop organic digital marketing campaigns that engage customers, the Astound brand, and sales growth. Manage campaigns by directing external vendors and internal support teams.
- On Site Experience/Customer Journey - work with local and Corp teams to optimize the customer journey to optimize user experience and order completion.
- Budget Management - Engages in the budgeting process, oversees pacing and monitors/reconciles all project cost forecasts, estimates and actuals on a monthly basis
- Testing & CRO - devise paid media tests and offer tests with local marketing teams to optimize CRO (conversion rate optimization). Work with Corp marketing teams to implement. Track and analyze data for campaign/program refinement.
- Customer Segments/Audience Marketing - understand and track penetration and performance against key customer segments across programs and sales channels. Develop campaigns that best fit marketing/products/offer to specific consumer segments.
- Product & Local Marketing Support - support marketing team in digital extensions to support local marketing efforts. Stay abreast of and support product launches
- Reporting -- Provide reporting on campaign & program performance as well as insights and recommendations. Use data insights to improve marketing.

Requirements/Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience: 5-7 years in the Ecom/Digital field - agency or corporate marketing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- 3-5 yrs experience in digital marketing management in any of the following areas: social media marketing, general digital marketing or digital paid media advertising. Traditional media experience is a plus.
- 2-3 yrs experience running digital marketing campaigns end to end is required.
- 1-2 yrs experience using analytics to identify issues and marketing opportunities. Exposure to modern digital reporting platforms (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics or other data platforms) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work across teams
- Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, pivot tables, customizing reports, etc., with firm understanding of all key digital KPIs.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and present clear recommendations based on result
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office and PowerPoint. Adobe/InDesign ad HTML skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, curious, creative, enthusiastic team member able to work on deadline with accuracy.
- Able to thrive in a remote and hybrid work situation
- Strong attention to detail is required.
Base Salary: The base salary range in California for this position is $90,000- $105,000 as a temporary position. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
