What You Will Do

• Work on our data pipelines, scaling our data collection and processing jobs that power our analytics
• Collaborate with our Data Quality team to create and improve new tooling while owning our automation efforts
• Work on a small team and take ownership of high impact projects
• Work in a fast paced environment with continuous deployment and rapid product iteration
• Understand how the futures of media, entertainment and advertising are being defined by the innovative applications of technology and data

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of software engineering experience
• Self-driven individuals who take ownership of their work
• An interest in collaborating with non-engineers to understand their workflows, then drive high impact improvements
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and principles
• Interpersonal and communication skills to work autonomously on a small team
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL, background job frameworks (such as Resque), creating user interfaces, and AWS is a plus

In compliance with New York and California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $100-$140k.
