What you will be doing:

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance market presence.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and solutions across target markets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, tradeshows, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and product roadmap.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively while allocating resource to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including sales materials, product documentation and promotional content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in technology or security industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Experience with planning, designing, and execution of industry tradeshows.
  • Web design experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
  • Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
  • Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
  • Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
