Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing long lasting business relationships to help Advanced Disaster Recovery Inc. achieve sales growth. Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing business through relationships Property Managers, Maintenance Managers, Facility Directors, Chief Engineers, General Managers, VP and C-Suite- level decision makers, and other industry leaders and influencers.

Cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market,
identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and utilizing a consultative sales style to turn prospects
and leads into accounts and sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, service offerings, and competition.
2.Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, including but not limited to: Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare, Hospitality, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Adjusters, Maintenance teams, etc.
3.Identify targets: existing relationships and new targets for Disaster Response and prospect in the field during the golden hours between 10am and 4pm Mon-Friday. Maintain a minimum face to face activity of 25 per week.
4.Conduct education and training programs to grow our sales with Commercial and Residential opportunities. Examples would include but are not limited to CE, Lunch and Learns, and Co-Marketing Events for Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare Facilities, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Companies, etc.
5.Execute tactics to support overall company strategies/goals by identifying potential sales opportunities within the insurance/restoration industry.
6.Work in tandem with our Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth.
7.Participate in Industry Events at least 2 times per month.
8.Join Associations within the Industry that will generate leads
9.Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and accounts and maintain records of all marketing activities daily.
10.Attend training courses and continuous learning opportunities for the purpose of fine-tuning your craft.
11.When applicable, represent Disaster Response at Tradeshows/Golf-outings and similar events to create business opportunities.
12.Makes presentations to small groups
13.Reinforces relationships with new and existing customers
14.Provides professional after-sales support to enhance the customer's experience
15.Professionally represents the Advanced DRI Values

Performance Indicators:
1. Maintain and update CRM after each call. Complete notes in CRM or Dash software daily.
2. Maintain a strong cadence of professional sales activity from week to week.
3. Follow up on leads within 24 hours.
4. Participate in networking events and develop relationships with potential customers.
5. Convey positive image of the company.
6. Seek information and knowledge on new issues.
7. Follow company policies and procedures.
8. Make cold calls and deal with customers face to face, while demonstrating good listening skills, poise,
tact, and diplomacy.
9. Demonstrate persuasive and professional written and verbal communication skills.
10. Wear appropriate business attire with identification badge at all times.
11. Participate in overall strategic planning of the company.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a service.
• Majority of time is spent on outside sales calls, may be required to work occasional evenings and
weekends.
• Experience selling to insurance agents, small service contractors, property and facility
managers/property owners preferred but not required.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange, google).
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the position.
• Marketing and customer service experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Professional appearance and decorum.
• Results driven attitude and a self-starter.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Must be willing to take a background check.
• Must follow procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements involve body movements including walking, turning the head and torso, reaching,
grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists and fingers. The senses of being able to see and hear and have
full Power of speech are necessary.
