Responsibilities/Duties:

Contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for specific group of internal and external partners:
  1. Build knowledge of the federal law enforcement community, U.S. critical infrastructure, and private sector outreach processes.
  2. Appropriately direct stakeholder questions or concerns to the proper points of contact.
  3. Identify and anticipate potential risks or impacts to assigned program and working with management to message and/or mitigate issues that arise.
  4. Act as the voice with other stakeholders and members of the program.
• Partner with other units to draft materials, products, presentations, etc.
• Collect and analyze partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys.
  1. Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback.
• Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals.
• Develop key reports, communications, and other deliverables for the program that aid with stakeholder identification, mapping connections between internal and external stakeholders, and implementation of plans.
• Take data from external organizations and convert them into readable, actional reports to include data visualization tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Six (6) years of relevant experience
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
• Experience providing customer service to external stakeholders
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis and recommendation to customers
• Experience working in collaborative sessions

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong leadership, facilitator, and team building experience.

Travel: Limited CONUS travel is possible
