What we're hiring for: The Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in streamlining our marketing processes to ensure the efficient execution of our global marketing strategy. Their expertise in marketing automation, data analytics, and process optimization will drive the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
What you'll be responsible for in this role:
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data within CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Analyze marketing data to generate insights, track key performance metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and distribution processes to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards in all marketing activities.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role: - Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HubSpot, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align marketing operations with broader business goals and drive measurable results.
- Process Optimization: Expertise in developing and implementing efficient marketing processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing marketing data, campaigns, and budgets.
