What you'll be doing...
Client Value is actively seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing operations and is expected to take ownership of the marketing operations process while fostering collaboration across the organization.
The successful candidate should exhibit a strategic mindset, evaluating existing workflows, implementing new processes, and leveraging data.
The candidate should have ample experience in building and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and helping improve marketing functions by adding efficiencies and should have extensive experience in creative operations to help streamline the creative process.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead planning, collaboration, and communication of marketing operations projects for client Value volume brands to ensure timely completion within scope and quality standards.
Develop communication protocols, project plans, analytical/performance processes, read-out calendars, and report templates to optimize the output of the client Value volume brand marketing team.
Lead cross-team collaboration for integrated marketing, brand, creative, and channel marketing teams, ensuring transparency, visibility into work, process, progress, and alignment opportunities.
Define project requirements, set goals, and establish project timelines in collaboration with marketing teams. Support the team in aligning executive review and approvals with timelines.
Stay up to date with agile methodologies and tools for efficient operations leading to effective decision-making.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Brand Marketing Team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with various departments, including integrated marketing, brand, creative, and channel marketing teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Act as a liaison between the Brand Marketing Team and other business units to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
Identify and address inefficiencies in existing processes, simplifying procedures or building new ones. Interface with agencies of record to help optimize operations across creative, financial, and performance operations.
Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to develop and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives.
Monitor expenses and ensure that projects are executed within budget constraints.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to support tracking and measurement of the performance of marketing campaigns.
Generate regular reports to provide insights into key performance indicators and recommend adjustments as needed.
