ResponsibilitiesNoblis is looking for a top-notch .NET solution architect to lead the development and maintenance of a family of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) enterprise applications responsible for managing FAA telecommunication assets across the entire national airspace. Being able to zoom in and out from micro to macro and back is key for this position. In other words, we are looking for a highly competent leader who is equally capable to do hands-on state-of-the-art work and to talk to the client, develop requirements, make big architectural decisions, and mentor team members.

The solutions architect will be responsible for:
- Designing, architecting, developing and maintaining complex enterprise applications using Object-Oriented (OO) design principles
- Lead projects using rapid development and agile methodologies.
- Work closely with customers to collect and analyze complex requirements.
- Ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to adjust strategies as necessary.
Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented (OO) design.
- Expert knowledge in relational databases (as a developer, not a DBA).
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, HTTP protocol, and RESTful web services.
- High level of expertise in C#.
- Fluency in working with Object Relational Mappers (ORMs)
- Solid working knowledge of:
- .NET Classic (up to 4.8), and new .NET (core up to 3.0 and .NET 5.0 - 8.0).
- SQL Server.
- ASP.NET MVC (both classic and new core-based).
- Entity Framework (both classic and new core-based).
- Bootstrap.
- jQuery.
- Bachelor's and minimum 9 years of related experience, Master's and 7+ years of related experience, or Doctorate and 5 years related experience; or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications- Experience with D3.js for data visualization.
- Familiarity with Syncfusion tools and components.
- Capability in mobile application development.
- Proficiency in Single-Page Application (SPA) JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
