ABOUT THE ROLEThe Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies and campaigns that promote TW's brand, products, and services. This role involves creating and managing a variety of marketing materials including press releases, advertisements, brochures, and social media content. They oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. While this position is posted in Carol Stream and Exton we may be open to remote candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, develop, and implement marketing communications strategies and campaigns that align with our business goals and target audiences.
- Create and distribute engaging and informative content for various platforms, such as website, blog, newsletters, brochures, press releases, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Manage and optimize our social media presence and online reputation, including creating and posting relevant and timely content, monitoring and responding to comments and feedback, and analyzing and reporting on performance metrics.
- Coordinate and execute events and trade shows, including developing and managing budgets, timelines, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Oversee and maintain our brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry associations, and influencers, and secure media coverage and speaking opportunities.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies and vendors, such as graphic designers, web developers, and printers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing communications activities and campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing communications in a related industry (metals, commercial)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
- Creative and analytical thinker, with the ability to develop and execute innovative and data-driven marketing solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRM, and email marketing tools and best practices.
- Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Limited travel required outside of a few company events and meetings.
