Output is expanding and we're seeking a Senior Product Manager, Web Growth to lead the strategy and outcomes of our web acquisition, activation and monetization efforts. You will have the opportunity to craft web experiences that introduce and educate users to the features and benefits of making music with our products, and assist them in signing up seamlessly. You will work closely with a team of passionate and talented individuals who are dedicated to making a unique impact in the music industry at a crucial time.

How you'll add value:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Output's web acquisition, activation, and monetization efforts.
  • Create an intuitive and informative web experience that showcases Output's products and leads visitors toward making an effortless purchase. This includes our online presence and checkout experience.
  • Partner with designers, engineers, marketers, product managers and others in the organization to engage potential customers and drive conversions.
  • Employ both quantitative analysis and qualitative research to make informed decisions that enhance the web experience.
  • Define, track, report on, and optimize key success metrics for the web experience.
  • Run AB tests to increase key success metrics
  • Foster a robust culture within your team that emphasizes execution, results, and collaborative success.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 6+ years of proven product management experience with a focus on growth in fast-paced environments.
  • Extremely data driven and demonstrated the ability to significantly influence key product metrics, including Acquisition, Activation and Monetization.
  • Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks and proficiency in analyzing experimental results.
  • Previous experience in high-velocity product teams.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective at influencing cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to decompose objectives into key results and initiatives, leading teams to deliver continuous value.
  • A perpetually curious mindset, with a continual desire to understand market trends, user needs, and new opportunities.
  • Self-starter mentality with a penchant for seeing projects through.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, and SQL is a plus.

Additional information:
  • This role is open to candidates in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York
  • In accordance with California law, the base salary range for this role if hired in Los Angeles is $140,000 - $180,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law
