Essential FunctionsSound Editing, Sound Design, Re-Recording, and delivering final soundtracks for a variety of NFL Films productions as needed.
Required Education and ExperienceBS in Communications/Recording program or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience as a lead Sound Designer/Re-recording Mixer with experience in long-form documentary style productions. An understanding of Mix Stems creation and experience working in various surround formats including Dolby ATMOS. Detailed knowledge of Digital Audio Workstations, signal flow, and current post-production techniques. Proficient with iZotope RX restoration and repair processing. Ability to work in a very detailed and focused environment with extremely tight deadlines.
Preferred Education and ExperienceExperienced DaVinci Resolve/Fairlight DAW operator.
Other Key Attributes / CharacteristicsCollaborative spirit and ability to create mixes that support the overall story a must.
Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot, and adjust to changes with a solution-oriented mindset.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work - 40 hours on average with the ability to work odd/long hours and shifts as dictated by our post-production schedule. This is a full-time, on campus position. Some very early start times are certain, as well as long hours as needed.
