Corewell Health is seeking aBE/BC Family Medicine ORInternal Medicine Physician to join our team in an outpatientprimary careclinic in Hart, MI. Inthis role, you will work alongside other Physicians and APPs caring for the patients ofHart, MI and thesurroundingcommunities.

Work a four-day work week with no weekend or inpatient responsibilities! Office space is in town and includes EPIC EMR, full support from clinical associates and medical office support. Work in an employed model, with knowledgeable practice management professionals assisting in day-to-day operations. Qualifications

Required - Bachelors Degree

BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine

LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
