Hand Surgeon Needed- Elbow to Fingertips w/ General Ortho Call - Huge Need Within the Region!!

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a fellowship trained, BC/BE, upper extremity surgeon to work full time alongside a 10-physician team in Saginaw, MI. As an upper extremity specialist at Covenant Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized orthopedic care focused on diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the elbow, hand, wrist, and forearm. Your expertise in diagnosing, treating, and surgically repairing upper extremity conditions will play a crucial role in helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and manage pain in their upper limbs. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to advancements in orthopedic surgery.

  • Join an established practice with 10 other surgeons. Supporting specialties include trauma, sports, pediatrics, hand (plastic surgery), podiatry.
  • Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing a wide range of surgical procedures on the elbow, wrist, and hand.
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care to patients.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless patient experience

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Upper Extremities
  • Strong clinical skills and judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
