As one of the top 40 busiest Emergency Departments in the nation, our providers work as teams using the latest technology to quickly diagnose, treat, stabilize and monitor patients who have had a life-threatening injury or illness.

Rochester Regional Health's 5 hospital locations within the Rochester region range from an 8-bed to a 60+ bed Emergency Department serving a range of 21,500 to 125,000 patients annually with complex cases transferring to Rochester General Hospital.

Pay Transparency
Pay Range: $205-$260/hr
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
