If you're nodding, this Consultant role in the Pension & Retirement Consulting area at Cowan Insurance Group may be perfect for you and we'd love to hear from you!

What you will do:
  • Reporting to the Practise Lead, Pension & Retirement Consulting, you'll manage a block clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • You will be working with colleagues who will help with implementation, transition and on-going servicing of these client relationships.
  • Providing your block of clients with their annual plan reviews, marketings, plan member communication strategies and other projects.
  • You'll also work with other teams at Cowan to contribute towards the overall growth strategy.

What you will bring:
  • You are knowledgeable about the retirement industry and have consulting experience
  • You love networking in your community and at industry events and have great communication and presentation skills
  • You're a self-motivated individual with a solid track record of success in helping grow business
  • You're LLQP licensed in Ontario or willing to obtain (we will cover the training course & tuition)
  • CEBS designation - nice to have but not a need to have
  • Bilingual (English and French) - nice to have but not a need to have
