The Client Analytics team at Bond is responsible for the 'last mile' in analytics delivery. They use best-in-class analytical solutions to interpret the data and deliver insights that enable our clients to build stronger bonds with their customers. This team works directly with clients as well as internal account directors to bring forward insight driven business recommendations.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop analytical solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, leveraging advanced statistical methods and data visualization skills. As a Consultant, you are also expected to create and maintain dashboards, model business scenarios, and support data-driven initiatives to optimize processes. Strong analytical thinking, technical expertise in data analysis tools (such as SQL, Python, and Dashboard Platforms), and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, making decisions at the team and project levels.
  • Contribute to discipline-specific strategies within project teams and overall team strategies.
  • Develop and document client needs using active listening and communication skills.
  • Mentor other team members and support their professional growth.
  • Apply operational business practices and coordinate with related teams to improve efficiency.
  • Make complex decisions using subject matter expertise and Bond context.
  • Lead others to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to organizational growth.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field with significant experience (5+ years) in data analysis or consulting.
  • Proficiency in leading project teams and providing strategic direction.
  • Advanced understanding of business drivers, revenue generation, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client management skills and experience in business development.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, statistical testing, simulation, optimization).
  • High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques.
  • High proficiency with data visualization in BI reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Strong proficiency with database languages (SQL) and programming languages (Python, R).
