Job Summary

Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join the Product Risk Management Team of our Litigation Group in the Washington, D.C. office. This is a full-time, professional (non-promotion) track attorney position. We are also open to remote hires.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 3 to 10 years of regulatory and counseling experience. A background in product risk regulatory work, and experience with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), is preferred. Candidates should also have some litigation experience, and be comfortable interfacing with agencies and clients on a regular basis.

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as oral and written skills. Candidates must be a member of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in (or in active, good standing with their respective state).

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $133,250 to $205,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant's skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
