About this roleYou are super smart, creative, empathetic and not afraid to get things done. You thrive in organizing and prioritizing multiple events and field marketing programs. You love a challenge, don't mind wrangling busy people, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You also don't mind a heavy travel schedule and often find solace because you're able to focus and get work done in airports and planes.
Your responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for developing and executing an events and field marketing strategy for that will enable Writer to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue. You must be a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of working with creative teams and partners, and is determined to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Specifically:- Create, manage, and measure impactful event strategies and field marketing tactics that generate millions of sales pipeline specifically for our enterprise and midmarket segments
- Identify, negotiate and secure new sponsorships
- Manage a calendar of a heavy calendar of field marketing programs, events, and conferences with ease.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful execution.
- Optimize ROI for event budget and resources.
? Is this you?- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
- Proven track record in developing and managing event strategies, from webinars to executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences
- Teamed with regional sales leaders to create, define and execute field marketing activities, from meetups to lunch n' learns to workshops.
- Aren't afraid of tools like Notion, Figma Hubspot, Canvaand SFDC
- Are data-driven and can break down problems into smaller parts
- Are unflappable when things are chaotic (because they totally are)
