SummaryIn this role, you will research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, products and services, and new ways of reaching existing markets. The experienced candidate will have experience in drawing up customized solutions to different clients according to their specific needs and use consultative selling as a strong approach to design a solution, rather than a one-size-fits-it-all approach.
Responsibilities - Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company within target companies
- Manage and grow the portfolio of services delivered to the client by developing and executing customer coverage plans
- Understand the client's short and long-term strategy goals. Build a plan to integrate eClerx services into the client goals.
- Research, present and pitch to potential clients. Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.
- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
- Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
Eligibility Requirements - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue
- Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
- In depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
