The team & roleFacetune, Lightricks' flagship photo & video selfie editing app, is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage with our diverse user base of content creators, influencers, and social media enthusiasts.
What you will be doing- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, increasing our organic presence and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging, content that showcases Facetune's features that inspire and educate users
- Manage and grow our online community, fostering a positive environment for users to share their creations and techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social efforts with app updates, feature launches, and broader campaigns
- Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly in visual content creation and photo editing
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Organize and manage challenges, contests, and user-generated content campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and power users to expand our reach and showcase advanced Facetune techniques
Your skills and experience- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for a consumer app or in the beauty space
- Proven track record of growing engaged social media communities
- Created and executed social media campaigns that reached new users
- Showcase the use of social media in supporting horizontal marketing efforts
- Hands-on experience with photo editing apps, like Facetune
- Strong content creation skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns
- A data-driven approach to strategy and content creation
- A strong familiarity with pop culture, celebrities, and fashion trends - an advantage
Key qualities:- Creative visionary with a passion for visual storytelling and photo editing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse online communities
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits- Expected salary range is $90,000-$120,000
