ReLogic Research, Inc. is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated, experienced (15+ years) team member with an engineering background and demonstrated technical and programmatic leadership experience for a full-time position at ReLogic. This Director of Technical Operations role will be in direct support of ReLogic's efforts to solve priority problems highly aligned with our national defense strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct opportunity research and qualification, lead capture and pre-proposal activities and arrange / coordinates business development reviews supported by Corporate Leadership
- Support and inform proposal reviews, lead proposal solutioning, support pricing analysis, and coordinate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to develop strategies and technical content
- Lead win theme development, develop, and maintains a detailed capture plan and provide capture status updates at gate reviews
- Contribute to and/or lead various corporate of Business Unit campaigns aligned towards strategic pursuits and support strategy expansion beyond current support areas
- Interact with team members to identify and report unfunded customer requests and organic business development opportunities
- Report directly to the C-suite on weekly basis on opportunities (written and verbal)
- Generate pursuit planning and ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked in the pipeline
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
- 10+ years experience in relevant Federal Government Contracting industry experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated success leading and achieving growth for an organization
- Build positive relationships within and across industry and government partners
This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered. Approximately 10% of travel is expected.
