Job Description:

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Field Service Director, the Field Service Leader will oversee the US Field Service operations for the BW Integrated Systems' Labeling product lines, with full accountability for achieving service, financial, regulatory compliance, and organizational development goals to ensure service excellence.

General Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and coach an accountable, high-performing field service team
• Develop field service processes, procedures, and policies to meet company objectives
• Negotiate service contracts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Manage projects for their timely completion within budget and deadlines
• Define and ensure achievement of service level agreements (SLAs)
• Support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and processes
• Monitor and report team performance indicators
• Ensure quality and operational excellence through ongoing process improvement and preventative actions
• Work effectively with internal team members to drive business innovation, service strategies, revenue growth, continuous improvement, and development of new solutions
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve volume and margins
• Support product issues with rapid warranty resolutions
• Determine required skills training for the field service team
• Create and implement motivational programs
• Track and analyze service data for continuous improvement initiative

Qualifications Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in related field and 3 years' related experience, OR a two-year post high school diploma/certificate and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge / CRM experience
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) skills - programming & editing

Other Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record with ability to travel by car
• Ability to obtain a passport

ADA Requirements:

• Typically sits, grasps items, and performs keyboarding for operation of a computer
• Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about
• Occasionally lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
• Occasional domestic and international travel by air
