If this sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you!About the RoleThe Field Service Manager will lead and oversee field service operations, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field service management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
What You Will Do:- Design and Implement FSM solutions tailored with Net Suite and oversee the implementation from start to finish.
- Post implementation support.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve service processes and workflows to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues, resolving problems promptly and professionally.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and provide necessary training to maintain a high-performing team.
- Inventory Management: Oversee parts and tools inventory, ensuring availability for service needs and controlling costs.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on team performance, customer feedback, and service outcomes to senior management.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all technicians adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
What You Will Need:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM software, and field service management platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and improve operational processes.

Compensation for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience,
