We are looking for a Visual Designer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in brand storytelling and visual communication, particularly within internal corporate environments and potentially financial services. This role requires alignment with client's best practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development of visual design elements, ensuring alignment with brand and internal communication strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Support communication efforts through expert creation of PowerPoint presentations, visual updates in SharePoint, diagram support, and standardized templates for internal software like Viva Engage.
  • Manage a diverse set of visual design projects, providing consistent branding across newsletters and various other deliverables.
  • Initially, engage in collaborative meetings to understand project scope and requirements, transitioning to focused, independent execution of design tasks.

Qualifications:
  • A recommended 5-7 years of relevant experience in graphic design with a strong focus on internal corporate branding and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma and SharePoint, with the ability to apply branding within these platforms.
  • Expert-level skill in creating and managing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Capability to work effectively with stakeholders on visual design collaborations.
  • An associate degree in design or a related certificate is preferred, with a bachelor's degree being advantageous.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.
  • Competence in using Adobe design software and a strong foundation in creating layouts and graphics using a computer.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $87,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
