Job Description
Overall responsibility for production performance (creating pallets of cases of bottled water) including volume, ME, waste, product quality and system/process adherence for designated Line Oversee, manage, follow-up production plan, set goals, manage direct reports' performance, train and develop leaders to achieve targets Lead CI and RCA, control line waste, ensure hand palletizing is done when Palletizer stops, assist on the floor to ensure optimal line performance OEE Plan and effectively work towards multiskilling employees and ensuring all task are well covered with correct skill set Developing high performing team leads and operators capable of sustaining operational excellence initiatives and continuously hitting goals Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site. Analyze production results to identify improvement opportunities Lead health and safety culture to ensure hazard identification and correction are done to prevent incident.
Qualifications
Form 6 level education Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years in manufacturing / operations leadership Extensive experience in bottling or other processing environment Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools
