Job Description
Optimize the performance of every machine on every line, ensuring the whole line is always balanced. Lead CI and RCA, control line waste, conduct SMED meetings to meet improvement targets, and assist on the floor to ensure optimal line performance OEE. Manage all startups and SKU changeovers. Analyze production results to identify improvement opportunities. Improve line efficiency through immediate problem solving/response and resolution with team leaders and shift technicians. Implement and monitor specific and relevant AM programs for all relevant components of the lines. Ensure team leaders are correctly adding information to EIT. Initiate AM and changeover cart cleaning and ensure changed parts are in workable condition.
Qualifications
Form 6 level education. Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years in a manufacturing/operations leadership role. Preferred:
Extensive experience in bottling or other processing environments. Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools. Other Information on Position:
Ability and willingness to work extended hours and/or alternate shifts as needed.
