Customer Service / Data Entry Openings ($18-19/hr) About the opening: - Pay rate of $18-19/hr.
- Mostly Remote work opportunity.
This role involves working with Pharmacies and Doctor's offices to help verify the correct info for patients.
We say mostly remote because the first 4 weeks of training are on site in the company's Hingham office. Then there is a once per month on-site requirement.
Only candidates currently living in Massachusetts will be considered, per company policy.
Responsibilities: - Receive and process inbound faxes from providers.
- Verify and complete missing prescription information.
- Enter data accurately into the database.
- Handle inbound calls for prescription details.
- Potentially assist in training new associates.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications: - At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry or related positions.
- Capability to maintain a private and quiet remote workspace.
- Reliable access to a strong and stable hard-wired internet connection.
- Strong computer skills, including database navigation and multitasking.
- Effective communication skills to clearly articulate computer-related experience.
