Evoke is seeking a
Senior Communications Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities- Supports client organization task management - i.e., quickly digest incoming requests for various internal and external deliverables, communicate action to the appropriate stakeholder(s), and track and monitor each request and deadline
- Proactively seek out opportunities to improve existing processes by continuously exploring new methodologies, tools, and techniques that could enhance efficiency. Propose and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Supports planning, development, and execution of various communications campaigns and projects
- Supports planning, promotion, and distribution of information within client space and with other Federal agencies
- Supports internal and external meeting and working groups
- Prepares and delivers various recurring reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Provides templates, style guidelines, and executive review of various communications products
- Supports internal and external website content development
- Drafts a wide range of communications materials when requested - e.g., internal and external communications, talking points, frequently asked questions, and presentations
Requirements - Lead/manage various client tasks
- Quickly process incoming requests and appropriately communicate required action(s) to stakeholder(s)
- Takes initiative to establish goals and plans to meet project objectives
- Comfortable interacting and interfacing with senior management
- Able to work successfully with general/limited direction
- Comfortable in dynamic environments and with rapidly shifting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (specifically SharePoint), Drupal, and Adobe
Required Education- BA/BS and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience
Security Clearance- Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a government security investigation, and meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information

Work Location- Hybrid (Washinton, DC and Remote)
