What You Will DoAs Manager, Paid Social, you will play a key role in growing our in-house Paid Social program through optimization of current tactics and developing strategies to deliver business results. Your work will be paramount in helping reach our audience across the entire marketing funnel, and as such you must be comfortable leading and communicating crucial progress across all levels of the performance organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the strategy and execution of paid social accounts across multiple markets, with a primary focus on NA, including growth of our new clinical business.
- Manage direct report: Associate Manager, Paid Social
- Support the Paid Social Lead in the strategic development, optimization and reporting of our Global Paid Social program, working closely with our international focused team.
- Act as subject matter expert through daily hands-on management of social accounts across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.
- Drive ROI through cLTV:CAC optimization to meet/exceed weekly/quarterly goals.
- Own and optimize your budget, aligning to business output (cLTV:CAC, subscriptions, revenue, etc) and marketplace dynamics.
- Report on weekly, quarterly and annual results through dashboarding, reports, and presentations to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with Site Marketing & Promotions, Performance Creative, Measurement, and more to optimize the sign up funnel.
- Work with internal counterparts and cross-functional teams to develop and hone our test-and-learn approach, continually sharing out Social learnings and driving future executions.
- Input into marketing forecasts of projected sign ups, CAC, etc.
- Collaborate and drive Social audience strategy via 1st and 3rd party data/testing.
- Liaise with external partners to continually refine our Social go to market approach, keeping WeightWatchers at the forefront of new/upcoming products/opportunities.
Requirements: - 5+ years in Digital Marketing, with Performance Marketing/DTC experience preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on (in-platform) Paid Social experience with Business Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business, etc.
- Experience executing $XXM annual budgets.
- Expert level understanding of optimization against CAC/cLTV/CPC with a hunger to drive business results.
- Demonstrated experience in creative and audience optimization & testing.
- Analytical skill set and experience with analytical tools (i.e. Looker, Amplitude, etc).
- Understanding and comfort in executing testing practices (A/B, incrementality, etc).
- Bachelor's Degree
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $95,000/yr to $105,000/yr
